Exhibitor Information 2024

 

We are very excited to welcome you to our 2024 ROSE Doll Expo! We have been working to create this Doll Show for you, our Exhibitors. We thank you for your efforts, your talents, and your passion in making dolls! We send out a warm ROSE welcome and hope you choose to join our doll show for 2024.

This years show will be held at the

Davis Conference Center

1651 North 700 west 

Layton, Utah 84041

Classes will be held: Wednesday May 29, 2024 and Thursday May 30th

Vendor set up is Thursday May 30, 2024 from 7:00am to 5:30pm and

Friday May 31, 2024 from 7am to 8:30am

Show is open to the public Friday May 31, 2024 from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm

and

Saturday June 1, 2024 from 10:00am to 4:00pm

Vendor tear done is Saturday June 1 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

 

 

There are two options for vendors at this year's 2024 ROSE Doll Expo.

Booths 

Booths will come with 10x10 feet of floor space. each booth comes with 1- 6-foot by 2-foot table with a black linen table covering, black surrounding drapes, a trash can and a chair. Additional tables can be purchased for your space by request. You will be allowed to utilize the floor and table space in your allotted booth space.

Each vendor booth comes with 1 weekend Vendor pass for the vendor themselves. Any vendor helpers are required to purchase their own weekend pass. If you have multiple booths you will have one (1) vendor pass per booth that can be used for extra vendor helpers. 

Only one (1) artist/business per booth.

Booths are $595.00 you can reserve your booth(s) here

 

Tables

Tables come with 1- 6-foot by 2-foot table with black linen table covering, a trash can and a chair. You may not use the floor space around your table. All table decorations and sales items must be sitting on top of the table.

***Corner tables are reserved for people who purchase both corners. If you only buy a single table you will not be able to choose a corner spot.***
