Become an Exhibitor!

We are very excited to welcome you to the ROSE International Doll Expo! We have been working to create this Doll Show for you, our Exhibitors. We thank you for your efforts, your talents, and your passion in making dolls! We send out a warm ROSE welcome and hope you choose to join our doll show for 2017.

  • 1 (one) 6-foot Table
  • 1 (one) Table Cloth

  • Drape on the back and sides of the booth Note: The Booths located in the center of the floor will have 3-foot drapes on the back and sides of the booth. The booths located against the wall will have an 8-foot backdrop with 3-foot side drapes.
  • 1 (one) Free Admission ticket to the show floor for the exhibitor
  • 2 (two) Free Admission tickets to the show floor for booth helpers You may have 3 people MAX per booth. (Exhibitor and two helpers.)
  • An awesome Vender bag with Gifts and Sweet Treats.

  • The Exhibitor agrees to act in a professional manner at all times during the show and will display honesty and integrity in dealing with ROSE staff, fellow exhibitors, and doll show patrons.
  • The Exhibitor acknowledges neither ROSE nor the ROSE staff is responsible for watching the Exhibitor’s booth/table at any time.
  • The Exhibitor acknowledges they are not allowed to subcontract within themselves.
  • The Exhibitor acknowledges there are a maximum of three (3) people allowed to work at any one (1) booth. If the second/third persons are simply a “helper,” helping the Exhibitor with his/her merchandise, then there will not be a sharing fee required. However, if the second/third persons are there to promote his/her own merchandise, in addition to the Exhibitor’s merchandise, then the Exhibitor acknowledges that he/she will pay the $100 booth sharing fee as set forth above. If ROSE determines that the Exhibitor has a second artist/exhibitor promoting separate merchandise, ROSE will charge the Exhibitor (and the Exhibitor agrees to pay) the booth sharing fee of $100. (Note: The Exhibitor may have merchandise from a second artist at his/her booth if the Exhibitor is the only person working the booth.)
  • The Exhibitor acknowledges there will be no sharing of tables (only one Exhibitor per table) except in forum/guild areas.
  • The Exhibitor acknowledges there will be no customers allowed early shopping on the showroom floor prior to the opening of the floor to patrons.
  • The Exhibitor releases ROSE, the ROSE staff, and the Davis County Convention Center of any responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of any personal item, cash, or merchandise.
  • The Exhibitor releases ROSE and the Davis County Convention Center of any responsibility for personal injury or death.
  • Exhibit setup time is on Thursday, July 20, 2017, from 11:00am-6:00pm, and on Friday, July 21, 2017, from 7:00am-9:00am. Exhibit tear down time is on Saturday, July 22, 2017, from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
  • Exhibits need to be setup prior to the show floor opening on Friday, July 21, 2017.
  • Exhibits cannot be dismantled prior to show floor closing on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
  • No visitors are allowed on the showroom floor prior to show floor opening, Friday, July 21, 2017. If you need to visit with someone, you must leave the showroom floor.
  • Exhibitor and helpers planning to attend show events must purchase those tickets separately. Event tickets are not included in a booth/table purchase.
Multiple Booth Purchases

For multiple booth purchases, you may have 3 people MAX for the first booth purchased. For each additional booth purchased, you may have 2 additional helpers. (2booths = 1 Exhibitor, 4 helpers.)

There are a limited number of additional tables available upon request for booth purchases. You are welcome to bring any extra display items you like. Display items must be able to fit within the measurements of the booth.

If the second person is simply a “helper,” helping the Exhibitor with his/her merchandise, then there will not be a sharing fee required. Friday, July 21, 2017, from 7:00 am-9:00 am.

Saturday, July 22, 2017, Vender Shopping is from 9:00 am-10:00 am.

Exhibit take down time:

Saturday, July 22, 2017, from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm.

WI-FI AND ELECTRICITY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT.

Below is a link to the Davis Conference Center’s Electrical & WIFI Form. If your booth/table requires electricity and/or WIFI you must fill out the form, and submit to the Davis Conference Center by July 1st, 2017.
