Thank you to everyone who donated a gift to make our 2024 show fun

Thank you to all our vendors and our guests who came to play at ROSE with us.

We are currently packing up and heading home from the show.

We are in the process of trying to establish if we will have enough volunteer help to have a ROSE 2025.

If you are interested in donating your time and energy to making 2025 doll show come to life please send us an email.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

  • Social media coordinator to help oversee Social Media activities
  • Sponsor of the Baby Shower to plan and run the event
  • Sponsor of the Saturday night event
  • Front desk assistant
  • Show program designer
  • Shipping assistant: someone to help receive vendor packages the month before the show.
  • Donation Coordinator to collect and record all donations received for the show.
  • Vendor bag coordinator
  • Interpretors
  • ROSE Cares coordinator
  • Security guards to help patrol the show floor and guard contest babies
  • Marketing Assistant

If we can compile enough volunteers we will be able to have a fun and successful 2025 show.

Refund Policy

FOR EVENTS, VENDOR TABLES AND BOOTHS: There will be no refunds permitted on events, vendor tables and booths.

All vendor tables and booths are non-transferable and must be purchased directly from ROSE -- no third-party transfers of vendor tables or booths will be accepted or honored.

FOR SOUVENIRS: There are no refunds given for any souvenirs.

FOR CLASSES: Classes are taught by independent teachers.  When you sign up for a class, you are paying the "tuition" directly to the teacher, and the refund policy is up to each teacher for their respective class.
